Obligatory

So here we have the obligatory about me page.  You’ve probably been drawn to this page because you have either Googled the word nihilism or KMS.  If you’ve gotten here by some other means, then I’m completely stumped.

The back story of my identity is that I grew up in Sacramento, California and moved to Michigan back in 2001.

I received a degree in Philosophy from Sacramento State University, although I haven’t done much with it outside of hanging it up on the wall at work.

I work in the IT field and am responsible for wearing many hats including

• Microsoft SQL
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
• Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
• Plex Online guru
• General Swiss Army Knifishness

I married The Geekophile who claims to be a blogger, but is more a tweeter than anything else.  We have a son who is currently at this moment about six months old and teaching me how extraordinary amounts of drool solves most of life’s problems.

When I’m not working I am a home brewer, video game player, and wanna-be programmer.
